A 501-c3 not-for-profit healthcare center

October 6, 2008

Dear Community Day Participant:

I wanted to thank everyone for making this first annual event a wonderful experience. I hope that next year we are able to grow this event and improve the offerings to make this one of the biggest events in Madison County.

We had hundreds of participants in this years Community Day and we hope to have more next year. We, at Choice Medicine, want to thank our vendors and want to have a special thanks to the Madison County Health Department, Juice Plus, Pre-Paid Legal Services, Brooks Home Health Services, Special Medical Devices (SMD) and Huntsville's mayoral candidate Tommy Battle for stopping by the event.

This year's event was a success and we were able to raise some funds for uninsured care and expansion of our medical clinic. We have plans to bring the Choice Deli into operation this month and hope to continue bringing more services to you closer to home.

Please join us for the next event on April 4, 2009 at 8 am. We will be having a Charity Walk/Run at the Hwy 53 Medical Center.  Raising funds for our UIC Fund benefiting local uninsured and indigent fund of the Hwy 53 Medical Center.

Next year's Community Day will be on October 3, 2009. Please see our face book ads or website for more details. Starting at 10am until 2pm.
