Re: First Annual Community Day

Dear Community Day Participant:

We wanted to cordially thank you and all participants for making the 1st annual Choice Medicine's Community Day a reality. We had hundreds of participants in this year's event and we hope to have more next year. We, at Choice Medicine, want to thank our vendors and want to have a special thanks to the Madison County Health Department, Juice Plus, Pre-Paid Legal Services, Brooks Home Health Services, Special Medical Devices (SMD) and Huntsville's mayor-elect Tommy Battle for stopping by the event. This year's event was a grand success and we were able to raise some much needed funds for our uninsured care initiative and expansion of our medical facilities. We have plans to bring the Choice Deli into operation this month and hope to continue bringing more services to you closer to home. We plan on continually bringing more events to the community that will further our mission of serving the underserved and improving the level of customer service to our patients.

On a special note, I wanted personally congratulate our first winner of the Choice Medicine's Run for Charity, Mr. Emilio Orellana. He placed first in the event.

With much Appreciation,
