Choice Medicine is the first clinic of its kind in the Toney community. Please help us bring in a new era of universal community health by providing basic health care access to our area's indigent and uninsured regardless of their ability to pay. We are improving our community's health and decreasing preventable illness each day, but we need you help! Choice Medicine and its partners are currently fundraising to establish a brand new center from the ground level up. This clinic will have discounted services to improve access to local disadvantaged groups. In order to accomplish this grand feat, we need your support through financial and product donations.

Please join our list of community partners, whether as an individual or as a company, your name will be advertised as a supporter of the community's health. We will have a special charter plaque that our clients will see as they walk into our new center that will have the names of all the $1000 or greater donors.
