Hwy 53 Medical Center, a Choice Medicine Facility, is a not for profit community healthcare center established in Toney, Alabama. This organization is lead by a board of concerned area citizens and users who feel strongly about the community and the health of its residents.

Choice Medicine focuses on providing universal access and on providing the most compassionate medical care with the latest medical technology.

The idea of providing a Choice in medical care seems obvious, but for 650,000 uninsured Alabamians this is not a reality. Many are forced to go to outdated, uninviting medical facilities.
